okay, not a question but i've never boxed before. i have no idea what i'm doing!

no experience? no problem. most of our first-timers have never taken a boxing class before, we'll teach you everything you need to know and guide you through each session.

i haven't worked out in a while. will i survive a class?

we have a lot of people that start with us after long periods of inactivity. you'll be able to make modifications & take breaks as needed. be sure to hydrate well and eat a light snack 2-3 hours before class so you're energized for the workout. do keep in mind that boxing conditioning is a strenuous activity, so if you have a medical condition or are unsure, you should talk things over with your physician prior to taking class. this is generally recommended when embarking on a new exercise program.

what do i need for class?

just handwraps are required for classes. you can bring your own or purchase at the studio. wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes you can move in. for SWEAT classes (conditioning only), no equipment is required.​

how old to take a class?

18 and up.



we highly recommend that you reserve online in advance to ensure an easy check-in process.


for your first class, arrive 10 minutes early to store your belongings, have your hands wrapped, and learn safety instructions before class begins. first-timers that do not arrive early will be asked to reschedule. 



you can bring a card or add payment info to your WOMENBOX account ahead of time to make purchases. 



in order to cancel a class reservation and return it to your account, you must unreserve at least 12 hours prior to class, as this window gives other members on the waitlist or wanting to take class enough notice to attend.


if you do not show up or cancel within 12 hours of your class start time, you will be charged for it by forfeiting your class credit; this also applies to complimentary classes. you can cancel by logging into your account online or through the MINDBODY app.



when a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist to get a spot that becomes available. this process will continue leading up to class start time, and the cancellation policy still applies.


this means if you’re added to the class within 12 hours and decide not to attend, it will count as a late-cancel. if you prefer not to be on standby for a class, just remove yourself from the waitlist ahead of the cancellation window.



all class packages, workshop passes, private training packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. pricing and package expiration dates are subject to change without notice. retail items purchased on-site are final sale.
