We stretch at the end of every class, but we recommend doing more stretching on your own. Be sure to get some protein afterwards to help repair the muscles used during the workout... and continue to stay hydrated!

We recommend attending your second class within 2-4 days. This timeframe will allow your body to recover properly and ensure you don't lose momentum.

FIRST CLASS? ARRIVE EARLY.
For your first class, arrive 5-10 minutes early to store your belongings, have your hands wrapped, and learn safety instructions before class begins. If you're more than 5 minutes late you may not be able to take class.
CANCEl at least 12 hOUrs before.
If you're unable to make it to class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance so that you don't lose your class (also applies to any complimentary classes). Thank you for understanding in advance that we can't make exceptions to this policy.
WAITLIST = We think you're coming to class.
When a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist to get a spot that becomes available. This process will continue leading up to class start time, and the cancellation policy still applies. Meaning if you’re added to the class within 12 hours and decide not to attend, it will count as a late-cancel. If you prefer not to be on standby for a class, just remove yourself from the waitlist ahead of the cancellation window.
