NEW TO TRAINING?

good news: most of our first-timers have never taken a boxing class and we'd say about 95% haven't been working out in the past year or longer.  

 

though it takes few classes to adjust to the workout, clients notice a huge difference in how they look and feel after just a few sessions. 

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

1. BOOK YOUR SESSION

outdoor training for one-on-one and partners can be reserved here. 

2. FUEL & HYDRATE

a light snack with a mix of carbs and protein 2-3 hours before class should do the trick. be sure to drink plenty of water so you're well-hydrated.

3. REMEMBER YOUR ESSENTIALS

Bring your mask, water, and a towel if preferred. If it's your first session be sure to arrive 5 minutes early to get settled.

THE WORKOUT

WARM-UP

we'll activate the body with intentional, dynamic movements.

SKILLS & CONDITIONING​

the bulk of the workout will include learning combos and skills of the day, several rounds of boxing drills, and a conditioning series to round everything out (think abs, back, legs/butt).

COOL-DOWN

we'll end with a revitalizing stretch.

WHAT'S NEXT

keep stretching, hydrating, and get a little r&r. we recommend hitting your second session within 2-4 days.
