one-on-one and partner training
Sessions are rooted in our signature format: a dynamic warm-up, rounds of boxing drills, muscle-focus circuits, and a revitalizing cool-down stretch. Sessions will be lead by Merissa, coach and certified trainer.
HOW IT WORKS
Your safety is top priority. Social distancing is enforced and masks are required during training sessions. Loaner equipment is never shared during a session and is thoroughly disinfected before and after use. We ask that if you're feeling sick or think you may have been exposed to someone who is sick that you reach out to reschedule immediately, without penalty.
